Great kit but the website glitched when my son was ordering it so his request to have a name on the back was lost. When the shirts arrived I wrote back and told them, and they took no responsibility for it, so fair enough – I asked how much to have the shirts sent back and the names printed. The message was completely misunderstood and I had no answer. I wrote back twice and was ignored. So 5 * for the kit; 2.5 for customer service.
