UK orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days. Europe takes 4–7 days. The rest of the world is usually 7–14 days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and you can also follow it from the Track order page.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 365 days of delivery. The shirt should come back in the condition it was sent. Customised shirts (added name/number/patch) can't be returned for those reasons. Full details are on the Returns & shipping page.

Can I add a name and number to my kit?

Yes — most kits have customisation options on the product page. You can add a Player Name (up to 12 characters), a Player Number (0–99) in authentic font, and an Era Patch where applicable. Goalkeeper kits and a few special editions don't take customisation; you'll see this on the product page.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to over 120 countries. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any customs or import duties are the buyer's responsibility — these vary by country and we don't have control over them.

What sizes do you stock?

Each kit shows the sizes currently in stock on its product page. Retro shirts are limited — when a size sells out, it's gone. Sizing on older shirts can run differently from modern fits, so check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If something you want is unavailable, message us and we may be able to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Link — all via our secure Stripe-powered checkout. Prices show in your local currency where available.
