How long until I get an update?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking goes live as soon as the carrier picks up the parcel.
Tracking hasn't moved?
Carriers can take 24–48h to update during busy periods. If it's been longer, message us and we'll chase.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Customised kits (with name/number/patch) take an extra 2–3 days for the printing. You'll get a tracking email as soon as the parcel goes out.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan a parcel and update the tracking page, especially during busy periods. If nothing has moved after 48 hours, message us and we'll chase the carrier.
What if my order is delayed?
International deliveries can be delayed by customs, weather, or carrier backlog. Most parcels still arrive within the original window. If yours is more than a week past the estimated delivery date, get in touch and we'll investigate.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — message us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once a parcel has shipped, the address is locked in and you'll need to contact the carrier directly.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible up to the moment your order ships. Send us a message with your order number and we'll process the refund. Once shipped, you can return the kit for a full refund within 365 days.
What if my package is lost?
Every order is shipped with insured tracked delivery. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll either send a replacement (subject to stock) or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
